It was great to see so many of our students and families at Muir's Back to School Night. We loved seeing familiar faces and welcoming new friends. Here's to a fantastic year filled with #muirmoments!

Thank you to @metalmilitiamotorclub, @hoffmanestatespd, Hoffman Estates Public Works, @heparks, Hoffman Estates Fire Departmetn, @schaumburgd54schools, IDOT, and Redmond’s Towing for making our annual Touch-A-Truck event such a success! Students loved exploring the trucks, cars, and motorcycles. The day was filled with laughs, horns, and lots of amazement! #MuirMoments

Muir’s Field Day was a blast! Classes proudly represented different countries during our opening ceremonies. Students showed their skills while competing in sports, races, and carnival games throughout the day. It was wonderful to see so much fun, teamwork, and great sportsmanship from our Falcons! #MuirMoments

Our May Assembly was full of celebrations! We recognized the hard work of many students who graduated from our ML Program. We also honored our Classrooms of the Month and Famous Falcons. What a terrific way to wrap up our final assembly of the school year! #MuirMoments

A special thank you to the officers from the Hoffman Estates Police Department for greeting each Muir Falcon this morning! Their smiles, high fives, and warm welcome helped make our High Five-Friday extra special. We appreciate our community partners!

Last week, we had the pleasure of honoring two very special members of our Falcon family, Ms. Duke and Mr. Doerpinghaus, as they prepare to retire at the end of this school year. 🎉
Their dedication, kindness, and countless contributions have helped make Muir such an amazing place to learn and work. They have touched the lives of so many students, staff, and families over the years, and their impact will be felt for years to come.
While they will be greatly missed, we are so excited for them as they begin this new chapter. Wishing them both happiness, relaxation, and many wonderful adventures in retirement!
